⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. The upper door was closed for no reason, and when I came for bowling with a Groupon coupon, the staff said they needed to check for a lane even though several lanes were empty. I waited 20 minutes with no response or assistance. Poor customer service and no respect for customers. I will never return to this place.

Super fun for my party of three adults and a four and a nine year old! Gigantic variety of games that were all in working order. The seating for dinner was a step up from a bar and certainly nicer than other "kid venues". Food was decent and staff were nice. Very helpful and attentive manager and staff. One star off for slow table clearing but honestly that could be because they saw the adults engrossed in conversation.

I recently visited Enterrium at Woodfield Mall and had a really memorable time, so I wanted to share my experience. Enterrium is not just a restaurant — it’s a unique place that combines great food, fun entertainment, and a lively atmosphere all in one location. It’s a perfect spot whether you’re going with friends, family, or even on a casual date. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that this place offers something different compared to a typical mall restaurant. The interior is modern and stylish, with a mix of comfortable seating, cool arcade areas, and even bowling lanes. You can enjoy delicious dishes from their menu and then head over to play classic arcade games or bowl a few frames — which makes the whole experience much more fun and social. The food selection is impressive. They offer a wide range of shareable dishes, sushi options, craft cocktails, and classic American favorites. Everything we tried was flavorful and well‑prepared, and there were plenty of options for everyone in our group to enjoy. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the dining experience even better. What sets Enterrium apart from other places is definitely the entertain

Had a work party there Sat. We had a private area with the bowling lanes. Nice place, great servers. Only problem was it was 40 below zero in there! We WERE FROZEN! Asked them to turn up the heat and was told the GM did but only 2 degrees and he left forb the night. It was like -20 outside this night. We had to wear our coats! Food was not good and shocker COLD! I would not recommend this place in winter. Might be fine in summer but I won't be returning! Ruined the event for all of us!

1/1/2025 Hello, this review totally isn’t six months late. Anyways, let’s get into it. The food was good. It wasn’t perfect perfect but it was four stars. I understand since this place is an arcade. So I wouldn’t expect it to be good. But what it lacks in, it makes up for. And I mean the service was perfect. The employees checking up on us making sure we didn’t need anything. The atmosphere was cool. It was nice to see the arcade and the restaurant kind of become one even though they’re on separate sides but it’s still a good five star atmosphere. Overall, I would recommend coming here as it’s a good place to eat and play games.
